McHENRY, Ky. — Willie Kiper, 71, of McHenry, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Ind. Mr. Kiper was born on Dec. 16, 1944, in Neafus to the late Wesley and Vada Evans Kiper.

He was a member of McHenry Church of God of Prophecy and was a flea market salesman.

Mr. Kiper was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Elizabeth Jean Smith Kiper; three children, LaVerna Owens, Steve Hillard and Fred Lamar Stocker; two sisters, Doris Fay Howard and Tammy Lopez; and two brothers, Jr. Lee Kiper and Karl Kiper.

Survivors include his companion, Jana Kiper, of McHenry; two sons, Andrew Cissell, of Jeffersonville, Ind., and Rusty Blanton, of Louisville; three brothers, Orville Kiper, of Corydon, Ind., Ben Kiper, of Burgin, Ky., and Randy Kiper, of Burgin, Ky., and three sisters, Karen Loi, of Owensboro, Alma Napier, of Owensboro, and Linda Vanover, of Owensboro.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Roy Smith and Rev. Ron Embry officiating. Burial will be Wednesday in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
