TracyBeatty 339x340OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (10/8/19) — Ohio County Sheriff's Office released the following reports recently:

Bradley Rhoades was charged Oct. 4 with all terrain vehicle violations, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc, first-degree wanton endangerment, endangering the welfare of a minor, all terrain vehicle violations (no tail lamps, operating vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc - fourth offense or more, possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle, first-degree possession controlled substance (opiates) first offense, drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance not in proper container - first offense.

Nicholas C. Belhasen was charged Oct. 6 with operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc - first offense.

Darinel Vazquez was charged Oct. 6 with contempt of court, libel/slander/resistance to order.

Matthew Shephard was charged Oct. 6 with violation of EPO.

Jessica J. Clark was charged Oct. 4 with operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc, possession marijuana, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess.

Jesse C. Leisure was charged Oct. 4 with contempt of court, libel/slander/resistance to order.

Joshua Willoughby was charged Oct. 3 with second-degree burglary, public intoxication - controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Jared Ringkor was charged Oct. 2 with fourth-degree assault (child abuse).

Maxson M. Overby was charged Oct. 2 with operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc - first offense, possessions of marijuana, leaving scene of accident - failure to render aid or assistance, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess.

Zachary Barker was charged Oct. 1 with murder, first-degree operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc, first-degree assault (three counts), first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts), third-degree criminal trespassing, possession open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited, all terrain vehicle violations, failure to wear seatbelts.

Jeffery D. Jones was charged Oct. 3 in theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500, second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot.

Joshua Willoughby was charged Oct. 3 with second-degree burglary, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Terry L. Chasteen was charged Oct. 4 with operating on suspended or revoked operator's license.

Earling G. Iverson was charged Oct. 4 with third-d burglary, first-degree criminal mischief.

James H. Rone was charged Oct. 4 with murder, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc, first-degree assault (three counts), first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts), third-degree criminal trespassing, possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited, all terrain vehicle violations, failure to wear seatbelts, second-degree criminal abuse, child 12 or under 12.

Hugh Dotson was charged Sept. 30 with fourth-degree assault (minor injury).

Gary A. Dickens was charged Sept. 30 with fourth-degree assault (minor injury).

Jonah Mattingly was charged Sept. 30 with possession of marijuana.

Jimmy Fulton was charged Sept. 30 with theft by deception including cold checks under $500.

Jacob L. Sanders was charged Oct. 4 with second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting $500 or more but under $10,000 (six counts), theft by unlawful taking or disposition contents from vehicle under $500 (eight counts).

Jerry L. Hayes was charged Oct. 4 with first-degree sexual abuse - victim under 12 years old.

Tonya S. Rone was charged Oct. 3 with second-degree criminal abuse - child 12 or under (two counts), first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts).
