Miranda Kay Blancet, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess, first-degree possession controlled substance (meth) second offense, $163.
Dana M. Mayfield, rear license no illuminated, possession open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, operated motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc - third offense, second-degree disorderly conduct, driving DUI suspended license - third offense, operating on suspended/revoked license, $1,038.
Dana Michelle Mayfield, alcohol intoxication in a public place - first and second offense, second-degree disorderly conduct, theft by unlawful taking or disposition auto $500 or more but under $10,000, unauthorized use of motor vehicle - second offense, $163.
Jesse Coe Baize, regulations necessary to implement KRS 150 purpose, $25.
Mary Ann Jarboe, failure to produce insurance card, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no operators/moped license, $178.
Jenna Victoria Townsend, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs - first offense, $153.
Eric J. Coots, rear license not illuminated, operating on suspended/revoked operators license, $153.
Kenneth Allen Cook, failure to produce insurance card, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, $168.
Jesse Coe Baize, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, failure to owner to maintain required insurance/security, $203.
Dustin Lee Baize, no/expired registration plates, speeding 25 MPH over limit, speeding 15 MPH over limit, $173.
Dustin Baize, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, improper registration plate, failure to produce insurance card, license to be in possession, $178.
