HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (11/11/19) — The Hopkinsville girls' soccer team has earned the Region 2 Sportsmanship Award for the 2019 season.
The Western Kentucky Soccer Officials Association honored the Lady Tigers.
On the field, Hopkinsville compiled a winning record while pushing for district and region championships.
Hopkinsville, under the direction of head coach Jefrey Addison, finished runner-up in the 8th District and reached the semifinals of the 2nd Region Girls' Soccer Tournament. The Lady Tigers ended the 2019 girls' high school soccer season 12-10-1.
