McLean CountyCougarsCALHOUN, Ky. (9/21/19) — McLean County piled up 539 rushing yards on its way to beating visiting Butler County 55-32 in a Class 2A, District 2 football game on Friday night.

With the win, McLean County improved to 2-3 overall and 1-0 in Class 2A, District 2.

Butler County dropped to 1-4 overall and 0-1 in the district with the loss.

Three different McLean County running backs rushed for over 100 yards.

Peyton Caraway rushed for 185 yards and one touchdown for the Cougars.

Finding the endzone most often for McLean County, Andrew Munster rushed for 154 yards and three touchdowns.

Another McLean County running back, Connor Baldwin, rushed for 107 yards.

Quarterback Jagger Henderson led Butler County, completing a 29-yard touchdown pass to Solomon Flener and scoring on a 5-yard run. Josh Morris scored on another run while Jordan Todd returned a fumble to the endzone for the Bears.
