CITY HENDERSON POLICE 300HENDERSON, Ky. (11/22/19) — A Henderson parolee faces new charges following a Thursday evening traffic stop along South Green Street in Henderson.

Henderson Police Department reported detectives along with Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement witnessed a man identified as 29-year-old Ryan D. Jobe driving a sport-utility vehicle headed south. He was pulled over to be served a parole violation warrant.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of a “quantity of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia,” HPD wrote. Jobe was on parole for previous convictions of trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, second-degree robbery and first-degree promoting contraband.

He was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
