crime investigate redDAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (10/3/19) — An Owensboro man faces charges after explosive device materials and drugs stored in an ammo box were discovered in a field off Countryside Drive Saturday.

Jordan Michael McClure, 30 of Indian Creek Loop, was summonsed to court Tuesday on the charges of first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree trafficking in meth in connection to the investigation. A bushogger found the materials and alerted authorities.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office reported McClure was served a criminal summons in lieu of a warrant due to his mental condition. He is scheduled to appear before a Daviess District Court judge Friday for arraignment.
