Hopkinsville TigersHOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (1/4/20) — Don Victor poured in a game-high 33 points to lead Hopkinsville over visiting Fort Campbell 61-48 in an 8th District boys' basketball game on Friday.

With the win, Hopkinsville improved to 7-6 overall and 1-1 in the 8th District.

Fort Campbell dropped to 5-7 overall and 0-2 in the district with the loss.

The Tigers carried a single digit lead out of each of the first three quarters. Hopkinville led 26-22 at halftime.

Victor was the only Hopkinsville player to reach double figures in the scoring column. Narrowly missing double figures for the Tigers, KC Cabiness netted nine points.

Hopkinsville shot 42.9 percent (24-of-56) from the field. The Tigers were 7-of-18 (38.9 percent) from 3-point range.

Cameron Pratt paced Fort Campbell with a team-high 20 points. Aaron Hall accompanied Pratt in double figures for the Falcons, netting 10 points.
