Hopkins County Central StormMADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/22/20) — Balanced Hopkins County Central pulled away to beat visiting Whitesville Trinity 58-46 in a girls' high school basketball game on Tuesday night.

With the win, Hopkins County Central improved to 5-11.

Whitesville Trinity dropped to 8-10 with the loss.

The Lady Storm led 29-17 at halftime. 

Hailie Hollis paced Hopkins County Central with 14 points. Accompanying Hollis in double figures for the Lady Storm, Mercy Sutton added 11 points and Briana Fritz contributed 10 points.

Cassidy Morris poured in a game-high 33 points for Whitesville Trinity in the setback.
